Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you have 90 days from the date of receipt of the package to request a refund – no hassle and no questions asked.

Just send us a short message via email or contact form, and we will help you return the product to the correct address.
As soon as we receive it, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid in the same way as it was paid.

For a return to be accepted:

the product must be in the same condition in which you received it (undamaged),

it is preferable that it be in the original packaging (if you still have it).

If the product has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately – in this case, we will process the refund or exchange immediately and at our expense.

Returns are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the shipment.
